Zohal Bigzada was born in Faryab Province of Afghanistan. After successfully completing her primary, secondary, and high school education at SHAHRI NAW High School in Andhoy, she came to Turkey in 2018 by the Türkiye scholarships program. She graduated from Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University with a degree in Turkish Language and Literature. In addition to her university courses, she has been involved in various academic, social, and cultural activities. She served as a board member and Tömer Student Officer of the BAİBÜ International Student Community, represented girls’ students in the Bolu Afghanistan Students Community, and coordinated the UDEF Bolu girls’ book reading workshop. She completed an internship in “Teaching Turkish to Foreigners” at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Continuing Education Application and Research Center. She worked as an intern at the “Yös Coordination” of Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University. She is currently teaching Turkish to foreigners online. Her native language is Uzbek, and she is fluent in Persian, Turkish, English, and German.
